Hello and welcome! I am a Registered Social Worker with 11 years of combined experience in community mental health and hospital settings. My passion lies in supporting individuals who have experienced eating disorders/body image challenges, fertility/perinatal mental health, chronic illnesses such as diabetes, women’s health, and pain, as well as depression and anxiety (including health anxiety). I am here to walk alongside you wherever you are in your journey, providing a safe and validating space, where you can process your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, as well as develop effective and healthy coping skills. Using a client-centered, strengths-based, non-judgmental, and empathetic approach, I employ a blend of therapy modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness techniques to help you gain skills to manage your overall well-being.
