About Training

The Training Room at Brownstone Health opened in 2024. It is the cumulation of several careers in Sport Physiotherapy, and decades of experience on the sidelines- actually working with teams. While some of our feature teams are organizations we have worked with for years, 2024 will highlight female sports. We recognized a lack of access to care for athletes- especially in the early stages of injury. We also know the importance of comprehensive injury management, mentorship and communication. While we don't have enough physios to go to all of the teams that we feature, we have created a place for all of the teams at our clinic. This is one of the ways that Brownstone Health gives back to our community. We are 100% locally owned and operated.
