About Tracy

Tracy Strain, RMT Registered Massage Therapist (Senior Therapist) Tracy started practicing in 2001 after graduation from D’Arcy Lane institute of Massage Therapy in London, Ontario. She has worked in many different settings from spas to multidisciplinary clinics treating clients from athletes, children, seniors and everyone in between. Tracy likes to incorporate a wide variety of techniques into her practice, including Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and Thai Massage. She believes that even a deep tissue, therapeutic treatment can have a relaxation component to balance out the body and allow it to heal. In her spare time, Tracy volunteers in a local school teaching the Roots of Empathy program, helping children become more compassionate and understanding about themselves and others. She also enjoys any chance to get outside and spend time with her family and dog. Tracy looks very forward to working with you!
