Hello, I'm glad you are here. Regardless as to why you are reaching out this first step is often the most difficult., and I look forward to working with you in your journey.
My formal education includes a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a B.A from Trent University in Psychology and Sociology, and a Social Service Worker diploma from Fleming College.
I am a Registered psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and a member with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapist Association.
