About Tracey

TraceyWolfe, M.A., CCC Clinical Counsellor | She/Her Tracey is known for being the calm in the storm—offering a grounded, steady presence when life feels overwhelming. A Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Tracey brings over two decades of experience supporting adults through life’s most complex challenges with honesty, compassion, and integrity. Her clinical background includes extensive work with individuals navigating substance use, eating disorders, acquired brain injuries, and mental health crises. Prior to joining TherapyWorks, Tracey held roles as a Clinical Specialist and Acquired Brain Injury Case Manager within Interior Health’s Mental Health and Substance Use Program, supporting both individuals and families. Tracey’s approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, integrating tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Psychosomatic Therapy. She creates a safe, non-judgemental space where clients are supported to show up exactly as they are—and never asked to take steps she wouldn’t take herself. A dedicated LGBTQ2S+ ally, Tracey actively volunteers with Kamloops Pride and continues to grow her knowledge in equity and inclusion. Now settling into Kamloops, she’s excited to explore the community (especially by bike!) and connect with clients who are navigating identity, recovery, or life’s toughest transitions. Areas of Focus: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Emotional Dysregulation, Substance Use, Eating Disorders, Grief & Loss, Suicidal Ideation, Relationship Concerns, and Clinical Supervision
