Tracey is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with 15 years of experience. She attended Georgian College in Barrie where she graduated with Honours and became licensed in 2008. She has continued her education throughout her career and is always looking to learn more about health and wellness. Through her continued education and experience, she has developed a passion for myofacial release. This modality can be beneficial to almost anyone seeking massage therapy, especially those with chronic issues. Tracey also really enjoys working with those who have neck and shoulder issues. Tracey has worked in a variety of settings over the years which is how she developed her unique massage style. Due to her strong work ethic and dedication to the profession, she has numerous loyal clients who have seen her for years. However, she always makes time for new clients. Whether you are looking for help with injuries, chronic pain, or general body wellness, Tracey can help. Tracey’s number one priority is providing a safe space where her clients feel comfortable. She places emphasis on communication with clients and listens to non- verbal cues to guide treatment. She works well in a team setting and has the knowledge to identity when another practitioner may be of additional help to your personalized treatment plan. Massage may at first be intimidating for those who face daily challenges (anything from mobility issues to anxiety) but Tracey’s calm and compassionate nature will quickly put your worries at ease. She feels everyone should enjoy the benefits of massage therapy. Tracey continues to create a life filled with love, laughter and support for her husband and two small children. They are often out creating memories during adventures in the North or spending time with friends and family.
