MASSAGE THERAPY TR loves art and getting into that creative flow. She spends her free time writing meditations, creating music, making art, doing yoga, walking her dog and taking in new experiences! (When she’s not nerding out and learning more about the human body) There is no one quite like TR. A small town girl with a whole lot of compassion, knowledge and experience to share with you. Her passion for helping people has guided her education and career in a path she thrives on. Feeling into the flow of your body, your fascia and your muscles is TR’s creative process in the treatment room and it works. Your body & mind work together as one cohesive unit, and when pain, discomfort, or dysfunction occurs, she understands needing to address the whole self. The techniques TR uses are based on how your fascia, muscles and tissues feel and function together at the time of treatment.
