With a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Cairo University (2015), a Master’s in Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy (2021), and a diploma in Nutrition (2020), She also holds a certificate in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Toa brings a solid foundation in holistic care to the TOUCH team. Her unique combination of skills allows her to address her clients' wellness from multiple perspectives, enriching their recovery experience. Toa also specializes in pelvic physiotherapy and women’s health. She creates a safe, supportive environment where her patients can build trust and feel comfortable. She specializes in treating a wide range of pelvic conditions, from pelvic pain to incontinence, Toa empowers her patients with tailored care that addresses their unique needs. As an avid swimmer and certified swimming instructor, Toa understands the importance of staying active and has worked closely with competitive swimmers and young athletes. She has helped them recover from injuries and safely return to their sports. In general, Toa’s treatment style is rooted in hands-on techniques, with a focus on building core strength and stability to ensure long-lasting results and prevent future recurrence.
