About Tina-Sadat

Tina Homayouni graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences from Western University and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. She is a Certified Integrated Dry Needling Practitioner, has completed The Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) physiotherapy program and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. With a 10-year weightlifting background and 3 years of Olympic weightlifting experience, she can be your secret weapon for smashing personal records safely. From the Olympic Games to the Commonwealth Games, she’s also worked with elite athletes chasing medals. That said, she’s equally dedicated to helping everyday heroes get back to work or play pain-free. Tina has a special interest in concussion and vestibular disorders and has completed many advanced courses to master the art of helping you find your balance and clarity in either of these diagnoses. Overall, she has a depth of experience in her toolkit that includes individualized and therapeutic exercise prescription, acupuncture, dry needling, as well as advanced manual therapy and manipulation. If it's in your best interest, she’ll pull out all the stops to get you feeling your best. Off-duty, you can find Tina acing it on the tennis court, lifting at the gym, or perfecting her Pilates form. She practices what she preaches, and her passion for an active lifestyle shines through in every session. Ready to tackle your goals, whether it's smashing records, acing your next match, or simply living pain (or dizzy)-free? Tina is here to make it happen. Say hello to a brighter, healthier you!
