Tina completed her Registered Massage Therapy training in 2013, graduating with honours from The Vancouver College of Massage Therapy of Utopia Academy. Before returning to school to become an RMT, Tina worked as a bodyworker in a high end spa for 8 years.
Tina utilizes a number of modalities in her treatments including Swedish and petrissage techniques, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation and Cranio Sacral techniques. Tina also spent a year and a half mentoring with an advanced Rolfer to supplement her knowledge and understanding of deeper fascial techniques.
Tina has experience in treating headaches, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel
syndrome, piriformis syndrome, low back pain, as well as prenatal massage.
Additional training:
Cranio Sacral Therapy levels 1 and 2 with the Upledger Institute and
Visceral Manipulation levels 1, 2, 4 with the Barral Institute.
