As a Master Personal Trainer & Remedial Therapist in Australia, Tim has worked with a wide range of clients including professional dancers, motorcycle racers & triathletes as well as the Weekend Warrior & office workers. He has lectured for the Australian Institute of Fitness and tertiary institutions in the areas of musculoskeletal anatomy & therapy, corrective exercise and sports therapy. He has also coached youth & adults as a qualified intermediate gymnastics coach. Here in Canada, Tim is a Manual Muscle Therapist and a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Specializing in Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, Tim works with his clients to reduce pain, improve range of motion, increase flexibility, and correct postural imbalances. It is a highly effective soft tissue release technique that involves hands-on muscle manipulation to release tight, painful ‘knots’ in the muscles, improving blood flow, returning normal muscle function and reducing discomfort.
