About Tim
Tim has been a counsellor since 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Education degree, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling Psychotherapy Association.
Tim helps clients increase awareness of their current experiences to identify and process psychological and physical stuck points. Through enhanced self-regulation and self-understanding, he equips individuals with the tools and freedom needed to live more intentionally in alignment with their values.
Tim’s training and experience includes Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Tim works with individual adults, couples, and families experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, stress and relationship issues.
