About Tiina

Tiina has been practising Registered Massage Therapy in Guelph since 1999. With her many years experience using Swedish massage techniques, she is passionate about helping people improve their well-being. Her skills include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, prenatal massage and active stretching for acute, chronic and degenerative conditions. She graduated from Brock University with a degree in Physical Education and completed her massage therapy training at Alexandrian Institute in Hamilton. She became interested in becoming a Massage Therapist after sustaining various injuries during her competitive pairs figure skating career. She was on the Canadian National Team and competed in several international competitons. Tiina enjoys being physically active and likes spending time at her cottage and outdoors with her family, friends and pets. She has 3 amazing boys whom she loves to watch play baseball, karate, hockey and wrestling.
