Hi! I'm Tif Henderson, a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to promoting overall well-being through massage therapy. I graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Calgary where I completed the 2200-hour Advanced Massage Therapy program. I am also a member of good standing with CMMOTA. With a deep understanding of the human body, I specialize in General Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, pre and post natal, TMJ and facial massage. Whether you need relief from tension, stress reduction, or pain management, I tailor each session to your needs. We can work together to find a treatment plan that will work best for you and meet your goals. Beyond massage therapy, I’m also a musician and artist. I love exploring creative hobbies, and spending time outdoors with my husband and dog. We love to hike, bike, ski and spend as much time outdoors as the weather permits.
