About Tiffany

As a counsellor who’s personally negotiated many different and occasionally difficult life situations, I’m comfortable sitting with the messy, vulnerable, and at times dark aspects of being human. I work from the perspective that we are all naturally resilient, creative, and whole. I fundamentally believe that no one is broken and that we may simply need support to reconnect with our authentic selves. While the work can be difficult and deep, it doesn’t have to be unpleasant. For me, humor is an essential part of the process.
