About Tiffany

Tiffany completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia and her Diploma in Massage Therapy at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Growing up playing basketball and ultimate frisbee, she experienced ACL injuries that inspired her interest in how the body heals and adapts, and sparked her heartfelt dedication for helping others feel their best. Tiffany takes a flexible, client-focused approach, working closely with each person to set meaningful goals while keeping sessions relaxed and welcoming. Caring and passionate in her work, she tailors every session to meet clients where they are, whether it’s addressing tension, improving movement, or providing a space to unwind and reconnect with the body. She also incorporates education and movement when appropriate to support long-term health, balance, and wellness. Outside of the clinic, Tiffany enjoys volleyball, Muay Thai, walking her dog Luna, watching hockey, attending concerts, and cooking and hosting dinners with friends and family.
