Tiffany Stern is a highly experienced Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with over 15 years of practice. A graduate of the 3-year massage therapy program at Centennial College in Toronto, Tiffany’s career has spanned multidisciplinary clinics and her own wellness centre, giving her a deep foundation in supporting clients through all stages of life and health. Tiffany specializes in nervous system regulation, chronic pain syndromes, and functional mobility support. Her therapeutic approach also addresses stress relief, injury recovery, posture imbalances, and joint health. Each session is tailored to ease tension, reduce pain, and restore balance so clients can move and feel with more ease. Currently, Tiffany is expanding her scope of practice through a diploma in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, with graduation expected in 2027. This allows her to integrate both bodywork and holistic approaches into her care. What sets Tiffany apart is her informed, research-backed, and intuitive approach. She understands that every person’s wellness journey is unique, and she meets clients exactly where they are. Outside of the clinic, Tiffany is known for her sense of humour, her love of raising chickens, and her deep commitment to helping people feel at home in their bodies.
