Whether your child or teen is dealing with emotional struggles, behavioural issues, or simply needs someone to talk to, I’m here to offer support. Driven by a genuine passion for supporting young individuals, I provide a welcoming and safe environment for them to explore difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My goal is to empower clients with coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and a sense of resilience, enabling them to navigate life’s challenges with strength and adaptability. I employ an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s specific needs. Alongside this, I value a family-centred approach – as working collaboratively with parents/guardians is key to fostering therapeutic change. Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including non-profit organizations and private practices, supporting children, youth and their families. Presenting concerns that I often work with include emotion dysregulation, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family conflict, relationship challenges, school challenges, and behavioural challenges.
