About Tia

Tia is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and brings a strong foundation in both clinical skills and patient-centered care. Originally from Toronto and raised in Vancouver, she was a competitive figure skater for 11 years with professional skating, ballet, and athletic training. Her athletic background continues to shape her approach to treatment, with a strong focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall functional wellness. While obtaining her diploma, Tia gained hands-on experience working with diverse populations, including pre and post-natal patients, seniors, athletes, and individuals with neurological conditions. She has experience in a range of therapeutic techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and Swedish massage, Thai massage techniques, and pre/post-natal massage. Tia is known for her warm, supportive nature and her commitment to helping clients feel understood, cared for, and empowered in their health journey.
