Bon Voyage! Thomas will return in Spring 2025
Thomas specializes in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. These techniques help reduce high resting muscle tension while increasing soft tissue extensibility.
Thomas received his education from Humber College. His academic career has provided him the knowledge and experience of providing safe and effective massage therapy treatments to a variety of populations from mental health, pregnancy and athletes.
He is invested in each individual to help them meet their goals and promoting an active approach in self-care.
