Seven years ago, beginning his career as a Registered Massage Therapist, a mentor told Thomas,
"Thomas, you're not the right massage therapist for everybody."
These words have stuck with Thomas since that day, and have helped to shape Thomas into the Massage Therapist he is today. Thomas' goal is to encourage and facilitate healing, physical development and musculoskeletal improvement. Some of the techniques Thomas uses can be uncomfortable, but pain is never the goal. Thomas' hope is always that you'll leave an appointment feeling better than when you came in. As a big advocate of 10-15 minutes of self-care every day, he believes that to be more valuable than what he can offer in a 60 minute treatment.
With that being said, he will work together with his patients to find a path to recovery, health and fitness that works for each individual in conjunction with his treatment.
