Theodore brings over 25 years of experience in physiotherapy, sports medicine, and rehabilitation. He holds a B.Sc Physiotherapy Honours and a Master’s Degree in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Throughout his career, Theodore has worked with professional athletes, national sports teams, and even served as Member of Team South Africa during the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the Commonwealth Games, and the FIFA World Cup 2010. His expertise spans orthopedic care, sports injury rehabilitation, manual therapy, shockwave therapy, and advanced exercise prescription.
