Theo is a highly experienced Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Sutherland-Chan Teaching School of Massage Therapy in 1998. With over 25 years of practice, he is dedicated to helping clients restore and maintain function in all aspects of life—whether at work, during play, or at rest. His treatments are both therapeutic and relaxing, blending deep tissue and targeted techniques with soothing approaches to address pain, injuries, and stress. Theo has extensive experience working with back and neck pain, sciatica, work-related tension, headaches, repetitive strain injuries, chronic stress, and a wide range of other conditions. His skillset includes Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, and hydrotherapy. He also incorporates customized home care programs, including stretching, to support ongoing progress between treatments. Beyond his clinical work, Theo has over 10 years of experience in multidisciplinary healthcare environments and has taught Massage Therapy for more than 2 years, including managing a student clinic. He has worked on-site at 7 different government ministries doing in chair massage therapy for 13 yrs. He has also contributed to the profession through 7 years of service with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, where he served as a Peer Assessor in Quality Assurance, and as a member of both the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) and the Discipline Committee.
