My academic path began with a deep curiosity about human biology, leading me to earn a Master of Science in Evolutionary Genetics. This fascination with the human mind and body naturally progressed into a desire to impact people's lives more directly, prompting me to pursue a Master of Clinical Psychology. I’ve worked in various hospital settings, supporting diverse clinical populations, which has honed my ability to connect with and support individuals facing a wide array of mental health challenges.
I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, using a variety of evidence based techniques. Creating a warm, friendly, and safe environment is at the heart of my practice. I ensure my clients feel understood and supported, building strong therapeutic relationships that foster meaningful change.
