Teri-Rose is excited to join the team at SHIFT as a Registered Massage Therapist. She graduated from VCMT in 2018 and previously studied Health Sciences and Kinesiology in Nova Scotia.
Teri-Rose has a keen interest in learning about the human body and believes an integrated approach to injury prevention, rehabilitation and maintenance is the most effective way to help you perform and feel your best. She has experience working with youth to elite sport, chronic pain management, postural imbalances and more. She is ready to welcome you to the clinic and help you along your journey of achieving your health goals!
As a born and raised Squamish girl, you can find Teri-Rose hiking, mountain biking, skiing or walking her dog when not in the clinic.
