She holds degrees in Psychology and Kinesiology, and is a certified personal trainer. Teresa has 20 years of experience in rehabilitative massage therapy and exercise science. She specializes in the treatment of shoulder injuries, sports injuries, and pre/postnatal massage. She also has extensive experience in treating back, neck and various overuse injuries, whether work-related or sport-related. Her clientele includes children as young as 6 years old to the healthy age of 88. Teresa believes that life can be enjoyed with less pain, and is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals towards a healthy lifestyle.
