About Teresa
Teresa found her appreciation for the healing arts through many years of struggling with her own health. She’s always had a desire to help others but only recently, through the pandemic, realized where she wanted to focus her energy. She graduated from a 2200-hour massage therapy program in July 2022 and recently graduated from a 4 year Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture program.
She is trained in various therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques to help reduce pain, increase range of motion, and enhance the body’s healing abilities. In addition she is trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) modalities such as Acupuncture, TCM herbal and diet therapy, fire cupping, Moxibustion and Tui Na.
Teresa believes in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. By integrating massage therapy with TCM and acupuncture, she creates personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs. She values the importance of honesty, integrity, and being fully present, and with this in mind, aims to create a safe and positive experience for her clients. She has a deep passion for holistic health and well- being and her mission to help each of her clients to achieve optimal health through a blend of ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic techniques.
