I grew up in a Metís household and as such operate from a culturally sensitive framework to work with you from your worldview. I have a flexible style incorporating tools from a number of different therapies to try and find an approach that fits you.
I work with couples and individuals healing from childhood struggles, stresses, and relationship issues. I work to foster empowerment through self-exploration and understanding.
