My journey into the field was ignited by my own personal experience that unveiled the transformative power of therapy in navigating the complexities of emotions. Specializing in working with teenagers, adolescents, and adults, my diverse experience extends to front-line workers, survivors of human trafficking, and those overcoming the aftermath of sexual abuse. I'm well-versed in guiding individuals through a spectrum of mental health challenges, including bipolar disorder, eating disorders, addictions, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief/loss, and more. My approach is rooted in empathy, with a genuine commitment to understanding the unique needs of each client. I bring a distinctive perspective to my practice, fostering a sense of comfort and connection that many of my clients find invaluable. Creating a safe space for clients to embrace vulnerability, I am dedicated to helping them expand their window of tolerance, enabling effective navigation of daily stressors. Outside of my professional life, I cherish quality time with loved ones, assisting my spouse on his family dairy farm, camping, and you'll often find me sipping on a warm cup of orange pekoe tea
