Taylor is a graduate of Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy Program (2018). Beginning her career close to home, she has continued to grow as a therapist and is excited to be part of your care team.
She takes a whole-body approach to treatment, focusing on global body concerns, nervous system regulation, and creating space for the body to reset and heal. Taylor believes effective care is thoughtful, individualized, and rooted in understanding the body as an interconnected system.
With experience in Swedish, neuromuscular, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, she continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing learning. Taylor hopes to positively influence her community by supporting sustainable wellness and helping clients feel more connected to their bodies.
