About Taylor

As a competition dancer and figure skater, Taylor’s passion for movement has carried on since early childhood. Having been introduced to physiotherapy young to aid personal injuries and support her athletic training, she developed a desire to help others with their rehabilitation and performance goals. Taylor graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, followed by the Occupational and Physical Therapy Assistant diploma program at Vancouver Community College. With her formal education and certifications in personal training and clinical Pilates, she is dedicated to provide individualized and client-centered care to help you get back to the activities that are meaningful to you!
