About Taylor

Taylor graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2023 and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is well versed in a range of massage techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and Swedish massage. While obtaining her diploma, she was able to work with a variety of populations, including pregnant patients, seniors, athletes and pre/post surgical patients. She has worked as a dance teacher and choreographer for 6 years, which has contributed to her fundamental understanding of how the body moves and operates as a system. Her background as a dancer has provided her with extensive knowledge in stretching, strengthening and other forms of therapeutic exercise, which she plans on sharing with her patients. She believes that massage therapy can have a positive impact on both the mind and body. Whether your goal is pain management, stress reduction or general wellness, Taylor adapts her treatments to match each individual’s presentation while meeting their specific needs. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and staying active. She is excited to work with you and allow you to feel like the best version of yourself.
