Taylor has always been passionate about sport and exercise and as such has developed a
strong understanding of how self-care and rehabilitation translates to improved health and
quality of life.
Whether your focus is sport specific or activities enjoyed throughout daily life, Taylor is determined to work with you to achieve your health goals.
To further his understanding of the intricacies of the human body and how it interacts with the world around us, Taylor attended the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) graduating on the Dean’s List and with Clinical Distinction.
In treatment Taylor fosters a warm, compassionate and collaborative environment and enjoys working with a diverse demographic of people. Taylor has experience in treating a variety of common and complex conditions from back, neck and shoulder discomfort and stress
management to neurological conditions and musculoskeletal injuries. While treating he employs
therapeutic modalities that include Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy,
Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization and Prenatal Massage. He also applies calming
rhythmic techniques to encourage relaxation of the body and mind and rejuvenation of the
nervous system. Expect each treatment to be specifically tailored to each patient’s unique
presentation.
In his free time you can find him biking around the city, camping on a Gulf Island, skiing in
Whistler or relaxing in the sun.
