Tatjana is a Registered Massage Therapist with a Bachelor in Kinesiology, a Masters of Science in exercise science, and a certified strength & conditioning coach. Her extensive education and work experience has led her to have a keen eye for movement, and how it can impact somebody’s pain or performance.
Tatjana believes that no two people move or experience pain identically, so she ensures that every person she works with has an individualize approach. Whether it be getting pain free, dealing with day-to-day restrictions, or enhancing performance, Tatjana takes a hands-on, movement based approach to getting you moving at you best.
In her free time, you’ll find her exploring the outdoors, strength training, or searching for the best tacos in the GTA! Tatjana speaks Serbo-Croatian.
