About Tasha

Tasha began her Health Practitioner journey in 2010. She received her Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy through M.H. Vicars School of Massage Therapy’s 2200hr program. In 2015 she trained in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. Tasha has since furthered her healing education, receiving her Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy, through the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada’s 1180 HR program this past February 2020. Tasha has a passion and intuition for helping people feel better and helping them to heal themselves. Her training brings an innate understanding of the body and how to effect positive changes across multiple layers. She looks forward to being part of your healing journey.
