Taryn's journey with Pilates began over 15 years ago when she was referred by her physiotherapist to rehabilitate a personal injury — and the experience never left her. That intersection of movement, rehabilitation, and recovery is what drives her work today.
Taryn brings a clinical lens to her teaching with a particular interest in hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, functional movement, postural analysis, and pre and postnatal Pilates. She is passionate about meeting clients where they are — whether they're recovering, rebuilding, or simply learning to move better.
When she's not on the mat, you'll find Taryn hiking, travelling, or upside down somewhere on a gymnastics floor.
