About Taryn

Taryn is a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies. She believes meaningful care begins with listening and adapting each session to meet the individual where they are that day. At Strong Body, Taryn provides personalized, hands-on treatment focused on reducing tension, improving mobility, and supporting recovery. She is skilled in deep tissue and fascial-focused techniques and approaches every session with intention, responsiveness, and respect for the body’s natural ability to adapt and release. Taryn works with individuals experiencing muscle tension, stress-related discomfort, movement restrictions, and temporomandibular dysfunction (TMJ), as well as those seeking ongoing maintenance and relaxation. Her goal is to create an environment where patients feel supported, comfortable, and confident in their care. Before becoming an RMT, Taryn earned her Red Seal in Baking and Pastry. Years spent in a high-pressure kitchen environment led her to experience burnout and stress firsthand, which deepened her appreciation for self-care and recovery. That journey shaped her approach to massage therapy and strengthened her belief that prioritizing well-being is essential, and that it is never too late to start. Outside the clinic, Taryn enjoys baking, cooking, crafting, gaming, and spending time relaxing with her two cats.
