Tarah graduated in 2016, from Medix College, Top of her class. Licensed RMT Since 2018. Tarah is a mom of two wonderful children. She loves camping, fishing, the outdoors, road trips and horticulture. She enjoys living a clean & natural lifestyle and is passionate about the profession, learning new skills and helping people meet their bodies needs, facilitate healing and increase well-being. She was first introduced to massage when she took a baby massage class with her daughter in 2008 and was intrigued with her daughters response. Over the next few years, Tarah massaged friends and family intuitively when they said they had pain. Tarah was always told she had the touch and always helped them feel better. This is what sent her off to school to study Massage and all its incredible benefits for wellness. Tarah loves working with children! Capable of adjusting treatment styles from light to deep pressure in order to accommodate a vast range of clients needs/wants. General Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, cold stone, sports massage and pediatric care are her specialties. Tarah always goes the extra mile by making slight accommodations and modifications to provide utmost client care and comfort. "My mission is to help you heal.
