Tara has been a practicing massage therapist for over 20 years. She graduated in 2000 from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver and also has a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC Vancouver. She has worked as a clinic supervisor at Okanagan Valley of Massage Therapy and is a Certified Infant Massage Teacher. Tara loves learning and is currently completing her designation as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.
When not giving massages, you can find her, reading, listening to podcasts, taking online courses, and devouring anything health and wellness related. She lives in Kelowna BC with her amazing husband, two beautiful kids and two English Springer Spaniels.
