Tara graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1998. After practicing massage for 9 years, Tara took a break from massage to raise her family and is now excited to return back to practice.
Tara incorporates a variety of Swedish massage techniques to her treatments and has experience treating acute and chronic pain, general muscle tension, trigger points, tennis/golfers elbow, headaches/migraines, sports injuries and relaxation treatments.
