- Msc Physiotherapy (University of Ottawa) - B.Sc Kinesiology (Western University) - Bilingual in French and English, Conversational Spanish Movement has always been at the centre of my life. I began my journey at Western University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology while working closely with varsity athletes as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Athletic Therapist for the men’s and women’s soccer teams. That experience ignited my passion for orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, leading me to complete a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa. Today, my practice is anything but one-size-fits-all. I’ll work with you to create a plan that matches your goals and lifestyle—whether that means crossing a marathon finish line, returning to competitive sport, or simply enjoying everyday activities without pain. Together, we’ll rebuild strength, mobility, and endurance, and I’ll guide you every step of the way—keeping it engaging, supportive, and clear so you always know how to move forward. Having navigated chronic pain myself, I know how discouraging setbacks can feel. That experience drives my commitment to helping clients turn challenges into stepping stones—building resilience, confidence, and lasting results. Together, we won’t just focus on recovery, but on unlocking your potential—whether in daily life or high-level performance. Outside the clinic, I’m an avid lifter and runner with a love for Ottawa’s outdoors. I’m currently training to qualify for the Boston Marathon and aiming for elite status in Canada’s major marathons.
