About Tanya

Tanya Fowler practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist in her hometown of Saint John, N.B. for 14 years. Starting her own business, Tanya gained experience working with all types of injuries by using deep tissue massage techniques. Another frequent treatment scenario was working on stress management with relaxation massage modalities. Tanya’s education began at Kikkawa College in Toronto where her athletic training would be at its peak. Changing campuses in her last year of school brought her back to the East Coast, to Halifax N.S. where she graduated from Northumberland College in 2003. In 2015 she decided to retire from her fulfilling career as an RMT to pursue a new adventure on the West Coast which landed her on Vancouver Island. Having missed the huge reward of healing people, she is now ready to jump back into the field that she feels was/is a gift :) Although not currently registered in the province of B.C., Tanya looks forward to promoting accessibility by lowering her fees so that everyone can have access to the healthcare they deserve.
