I believe movement plays a critical role in maintaining good health. Your body, muscles, joints, and bones all need movement. Through massage therapy we can optimize motion and achieve greater feelings of satisfaction. I believe having an open line of communication with my clients when formulating a treatment plan is essential. When the two of us are working together to restore your health and well being, it will maximize our success in getting you to your goals. The body is a complex system and the challenge of identifying areas where improvement is needed is something that I am passionate about.
