With over 20 years of experience, I provide compassionate, evidence-informed counselling for adults navigating complex trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My primary focus is working with individuals, including first responders and veterans, who are carrying the impact of cumulative or long-standing trauma.
