Tammy MacLeod is a dancer, educator and improvisor based in Nova Scotia. Drawing from somatic practices, improvisation, and contemporary dance, she creates inclusive spaces where all bodies are invited to explore movement, curiosity and connection. Through breath work, somatic sensing, gentle improvisation scores, and elements of Authentic Movement, she helps people explore what wants to emerge when they soften into the unknown. With Tammy, you’ll be guided to follow inner impulses, move from sensation rather than expectation, and tend to the seeds in your life.
