About Tamara

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Honours Arts degree from the University of Toronto, as well as a diploma in Massage Therapy, with honours, from Oxford College. She has previously worked in the fitness industry as a trainer and coach, and has 10+ years of experience as a martial arts athlete. This inspired her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy, after experiencing first-hand, how injuries can affect one's quality of life and how a good practitioner can make all the difference when it comes to recovery. Tamara has a strong knowledge and passion for movement and aims to use a variety of manual therapy techniques, in conjunction with remedial exercises, to work with her clients goals and ensure that they can continue to do the things they love.
