Hi, my name is Tamara, and I am a registered massage therapist of 15 years, specializing in deep tissue massage and nervous system regulation. Over my years of working with many, I have seen and experienced for myself, the healing power of touch and massage and feel grateful to be able to offer this to our community. I work to create a safe, invitational, compassion-oriented space to help facilitate healing.
I graduated from the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2008, received my Bachelor of Science before that in 2003, and I have continued with training and education in the years since to develop into the multi-faceted practitioner I am today.
