In practice, I have developed a genuine passion for providing therapeutic, goal-oriented care, looking at the whole picture and utilizing a variety of different techniques to find out what works best for you and your body. I stay deeply connected to the world of movement. As an active synchronized swimmer, coach and personal trainer, my blend of athletic and coaching experience gives me a unique understanding of biomechanics, performance demands and the role massage therapy plays in recovery and long-term wellness. The treatments I offer are safe, effective and tailored to each patients specific needs. I strive to create a genuinely supportive environment where patients feel informed, respected, and confident in their care. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the island, swimming, weightlifting and spending time with friends and family.
