About Sylvia

Sylvia is Ojibway from Pine Creek First Nations in MB. Sylvia previously lived on the Lower Mainland (Vancouver/White Rock) and in the Okanagan in BC for almost 20 years. Sylvia is a Certified Hand and Foot Reflexologist registered with the Ontario College of Reflexology (OCR). Sylvia worked for a time in Northern Alberta at a Holistic Spa (2012) where she was first introduced to Reflexology and Reiki. Having spent time in Southwestern Ontario with her family, Sylvia completed her Reflexology certification and pursued her Level III Reiki Practitioner training and has been a member of the Canadian Reiki Association since 2020. Sylvia has completed the Access Consciousness® Bars facilitator training as well. All are healing modalities that promote stress reduction. Finally returning to BC, Sylvia has now settled on Vancouver Island in the Cowichan Valley. Sylvia recognizes the importance of maintaining balance in life and is very passionate about the healing modalities. She is eager to bring relaxation and stress reduction techniques to others, as this is such an important part of self-care. Sylvia loves working to support people.
