Sylvia McMyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley. Throughout her studies, she developed a strong interest in active rehabilitation, human movement, and the connection between physical strength and overall well-being.
As a Kinesiologist, she is dedicated to helping individuals overcome self-limiting beliefs, rediscover their confidence, and embrace movement as a tool for growth and fulfillment. Her approach focuses on improving mobility, building functional strength, and helping clients view their bodies and abilities through a lens of possibility rather than limitation.
